People of the cage, I am told a rather troubling story.
Today, a man who claims himself "The King" of what, I cannot say... voices his opinion that he has a claim to your lands your voice, your opinions.
I would remind you that the very philosophy of dictatorship, is someone that takes the right of free people and subjicates it to their opinion of what is best for them. This man, will use you no matter what practices he preaches of his noble goals.
He has claimed to the Harmonium, that the Hive is his, and that he, has a right to dictate the society that you, the people are in his own interests of making outlandish demands to us, and to you.
Do not let this sugarcoated man confuse you with his delicate whispers, he is there to take from you the rights he claims to give. One by one he will liberate you only to pillage you of that liberty when he is no longer in need of it.
To prevent a disaster I offer this statement to all the cage, as a message to you all, even the Revolutionaries.
Do not, protect this man.
He is not your friend, not your ally, and certainly not a Matyr whos banner you should follow. Anyone that claims their identiy as "The King" has immediatley declared a form of control over something.
In this instance, you.
We can deal with this matter together, and to assure it is dealt with I want everyone not to obay, but to consider what I have asked from here onwards:
I want you all to think very hard about what you believe is freedom. I want you to think of the difference between a person that tells you they seek to liberate you, against a person that enforces laws you may not agree with, but does not dictate to you that you must follow them.
You may break the rules if you wish, you will be made to face the consequences but nobody said you cannot break them. Nobody said you cannot 'choose' to attack someone else in broad daylight. The question is, would you?
Would you go that far, would you hurt a child purley for your own pleasure? Can you?
There are reasons such rules are made, they are made to act as guidelines that almost everyone can follow with a common decorum. They are there to prevent people getting hurt, to stop fights, not to start them and impose upon you how you should live.
If you wish to live the life of a free mercinary, you can, if you wish to live the life of a planewalker who travels from time to time within the city boundries, you can.
We have not, nor will not impose upon you our ideals, but we "will" retort to those that cause problems, and not just for us, but for everyone.
We are not your sword hand, we are the sword by your side, that you, may draw if you wish. We are not the voice that speaks for you, but the voice of reason, that pleads with you to think through your actions in life.
If your mind is driven without any concept of morality or restraint, then I haved failed to reach you with this message.
But if you, feel, understand the value of that feeling, if you understand what it is to have unity, then maybe you understand this message.
I have asked you to consider it, not enforced upon you that you must obay it.
Think carefully on where you want to stand in the comming days, because a man like this, will only take away from you your free rights untill every last liberal ideal you fought for is nothing but an illusion. Usurp one government, and another will take its place, likley less enjoyable than the last, save for those the dictator is willing to reward.
Think, carefully.
I cannot ask of you anymore.
Know however that if you have a problem, if your life is in danger, if you feel that you lack the strength and resolve to protect yourselves. You, can always come to us, if you choose.
I cannot speak for all my brothers, but I, Mover Amaku Yamikaze, have no shortage of men at my disposal who are willing and able to help you at beck and call.
It is my personal vow, that they will do what they must to protect society, and to keep the peace so that everyone and I do mean 'everyone' can live within the walls of the city, without the fear of prejudice or intolerance.
I fully expect The King to retort with a propagate excuse of his own benevolance and why his Matyristic actions will symbolise him a greater man. I expect him to tell you these things because he too, will try to win your support.
But his promises, people, will be ones made to taste his own benefits. He will lie to you, scheme behind you and manipulate your words into truths he has constructed himself.
I only seek the fact of the matter and the fact is, weather you obay the Harmonium is your choice... but if you cause trouble for the people, it will be our duty, to answer for them.
Thank you, for your time people of Sigil. I dearly hope in the future we can all work to a negociable prosparity for everyone.
Remember, Might makes Right and if we all work together, we can assure Harmony 'will' be kept, by those that seek to destroy it.
Make your choice Sigil because this man will be no ally to you, only a means to use you for his own self-delusional ends.
A firm statement from the Harmonium

Mover Amaku YamikazeÂ’s firm statement is generally well received by S.I.G.I.S. readers and for a time the Harmonium enjoys a more positive opinion in their Wards.
Doomguard quickly confiscate and forbid further sales of S.I.G.I.S. in the Hive for the time being.
[DM ATTENTION! I recommend Faction Points for Amaku Yamikaze.]

*Anytime it is seen that someone is forbading reading the paper, or confinscating them, this information will be forwarded to the Revolutionaries. Those pointed out as the one attempting to suppress the rights of people to simply "read the news" shall be removed from society... permanently. A strong suggestion from Phoenix is sent to deadbook anyone "forbidding" anything in the Hive... with the Following Statement on various "information trade heavy neighbourhoods*
"There will be no Forbading of access to information by anyone in the Ward. Whether you be Doomguard or followers of a false King... you are warned. Block access for the people... and you will not breathe to do it again.
~Phoenix~"

(Another sign tacked onto those found with a cheap sliver of iron, pinned)
"Or Cheese. Anyone blocking access to Cheese shall suffer the harshest penalities - namely, buried in greased Mindflayer Plushies, bound wrists to ankle, and set adrift in the Boneyard Pond! "

Greetings Cagers,
Ever since my return to this world, I've been watching this City and catching up on its recent happenings. I must say I have zero reason to love the Harmonium. The Cartel is still at war with the Faction, after our attempts to negociate a peace with them directly. I didn't like how Mover Yamikaze reacted to simple statistics. Truth to be told, back in the days when were good friends, she used to be far more competent about things like that. Statistics do not equal truth and Harmonium being involved in more conflicts than other Factions is simply natural, since they're in Sigil to resolve conflicts afterall. Instead of stating that simple truth she tried to declare that journalist a public threat.
Now, after all this, I must state: The King is a Fool and not a good one at that. Because of him Mover Yamikaze's writing and deeds actually look good by pure virtue of not being him. First he robs Free League's unofficial Bazaar and its merchants to influence Harmonium presence in the Hive. Now, he seems to believe he can speak for the Doomguard. Mind you, Mover Yamikaze specifically states she doesn't speak for her whole Faction in her promises.
Here comes my message for you, 'The King': You claim yourself to be a liberator, a good freedom fighter against the 'bad' Hardheads who don't even have that much of a presence in the ward you're trying to take over. Even if you still claim be a liberator, act like one. What are those 'tolls' for entering the Hive? What's that stupid censorship of drinking establishments in the Hive? Why deny 'your' people their rightful business and profits? And here's the anwser: You are not any sort of liberator. You're just a lying rat meekly trying to play on populace's feelings towards the Harmonium, no more no less.
Now, I am not sure about Factol Pentar but I certainly know that any self-respecting Doomguard who believes in Laws of Entropy would gladly see you rot and decay.
As for me, I am still an Indep...you've been robbing the Bazaar, a place where Free League often makes its home in Sigil. You've been robbing Free League's home and its visitors. I beleive I am not the only Indep finding that less than appealing. I alone as your enemy mean more trouble than you can imagine. You should also think of the Three Factions who make their homes in the Hive. I am sure they're not amused by your antics.
It's time for you to crawl right back where you came from.
