The person you have described happens to be little more than a man of venerable age, with a view on life clouded by hardship and old age. Sir David is simply exercising his right to Freedom of Expression within reason, and displaying a rusty old Revolutionary League badge is not inciting anyone to violence, nor is he actively recruiting people. I fail to see how such a peaceful old man could cause such an uproar amongst the respected members of the Triad. In fact, by leaving him be, we might send a message to those amongst the Revolutionary League who have yet to devout themselves to a life of senseless violence that there are better ways.
