Once Chari arrives back at her office from her outting, she writes a letter to her superiors.

Sirs and Ladies,

I have been working with Justicar Charae in the investigation of the incidents surrounding Mauric Ashterot.  During our time together, tensions between Doomguard and Harmonium have deteriorated to the point that the Doomguards have decided to without shipments of needed materials. Justicar Charae has informed me that she will be able to stand in and supply the Harmonium with any materials needed during this time.  I recommend that you and your superiors consider her offer and at least meet with her to discuss the details.

I am pleased to see you are active in tackling what is becoming a growing concern.  However in the current situation The Harmonium  has recently become aware of the ramifications of relying on parties from outside of the faction for tasks that are so vital.

I would like to reassure you that a strategy is being put in place to see The Harmonium self sufficient in this regard.  One which will require good officers should your current duties allow.
