Namer Laiken's report :

Two citizens, an unknown Genasi and an Elf called Nero have committed the following incivilities.

The Genasi :
- Insulted the Harmonium, making a sarcastic remark, I told her to stop.
- She continued her insults.

Following this, Citizen Nero :
- Acted as if he where above the order that we represent.
- Made treats to an officer based on its religion.

Both had openly  :
- Questioned authority and lacked any kind of respect.
- Made sarcastic remarks against the Harmonium.

These kind of behaviour against our faction had lasted for too long and should be properly sentenced and punished.
