Worg Bite

For Worg Bite creature weapon I was wondering how many enhancements can I apply to it?
Enhancements:
Vamp Regen
Keen
Enchantment Bonus +1-5

Plus there is a Material I can add to it, such as:
Cold Iron
Alchemical Silver
Tunhtalu (Or something like that)
Blood Grass
And I think there is one more.

Am I able to apply all three Enhancements plus one material?

You can have 3 enchantments + material (if its normal material). Blood Glass counts as echantment because it adds 2d4 damage.

+5 ench
+3 vamp
+keen
material: cold iron

would be possible.

Is Blood Grass the only Material that counts as one?

All of the "special materials" unique to our server have an additional feature that takes up an enchantment slot. If you apply that feature to creature weapons via the NPC in the gymnasium, it does count as an enchantment towards your max.
