Seriously, How Idiotic Are The Fated?

When I was first heard about the Fated, I thought the tout was making a lame joke.

A group of people all devoted to taking things from others. I've heard of some moronic ideas before, but this one has got to be in the top 3 of the most moronic things ever fathomed. Possibly top 2.

What's even more mind-boggling is that the other factions allow them to exist, they've somehow convinced the others that they shouldn't be immediately dismantled.

From now on, every citizen should charge the Fated a 50 jink DAILY tax for allowing their wretched existence. Additionally, a 5,000 jink harassment tax and a 2,000 fabrication tax should be imposed every time a member of the Fated attempts to randomly slap you with some made up fee.

How stupid can people get?
