Roundabouts 2 hours before antipeak, two rabble-rousers entered the Bottle and Jug tavern and barged into the private area that Gruuuak the Barkeep had rented out to a customer. They demanded to speak to her, disregarding the bar decorum. One of them identified himself as Nero (a physical description is given), while the other one was a sentient golem (a description of Protector Marx XIV is given). Some sources claim that Nero was an investigator for the Harmonium, while others assert that he claimed to be a vigilante - regardless of which, he and his associate refused to leave the bar when asked by the barkeep, at which point a crowd of patrons and bouncers gathered around.
A bomb of some design was hurled by the golem, exploding into dozens of bits of shrapnel and fatally impaling some of the patrons. The golem then continued to fatally impale and severely wound numerous others as it quite literally carved its way to the exit. Experts assert that the creature was likely mazed or flayed, and that the search should focus on the one who calls himself Nero.
Official and unofficial bounties for the capture and/or death of the riot-starters have been put-out, by the Bartender and the Bar-owners, as well as the families and friends who lost loved ones in the incident.
