A warrant has gone out for the arrest of Roy Marcus. He was released from prison after spending a mere six hours in jail. His charges were minor, that of assault, drug trafficking, and pick pocketing. He was released until his trial date with the stipulation that he was not to leave Sigil until that time. The next morning Roy's wife Sara Marcus was found dead and the suspect came up missing. Roy is suspected of murdering his wife after a domestic disputed landing him in a Harmonium cell. The Harmonium are offering a reward for any leads that lead to the arrest of Roy Marcus. Be advised that he is dangerous and approach is not recommended. Should you have any information to Roy Marcas' whereabouts report it immediately.

The body of the murder Roy Marcus was found in The Lady's Ward a few days ago. It was left for others to find. When The Harmonium arrived they started by immediately raising Roy and putting him in a cell to stand trial for his crimes. Roy's tongue had been removed and any attempts at healing it have failed. Roy will stand trial for his crimes in one months time.
