Measure II Thorn,
I don't need to point out that there has been a lot of tension between our factions as of late. I also don't think either of us disagrees on the fact that much of this is pointless bickering.
As such, I would very much like to meet with you and see if we can clear the air between the Harmonium and Mercykillers. We are, after all, allied forces, and we're fighting for the same things. To that end, I wish to discuss- openly and without venom- all grievances apparently held on both sides of the camp and see if we can restore the trust and brotherhood that once existed between our orders.
Additionally, I would also like to re-open talks regarding the Joint Task Force proposed by Judge Garen Seph. It is my opinion that the project could not proceed because its intentions and specific points were misunderstood, and so I feel we should discuss it face to face and rework the parts that were disagreeable.
Sincerely,
Justice Dace Andor

A messenger arrives at the barracks, asking for Measure II Hograth Thorn. Once shown to him, he hands him the following letter (it is given to no one else).

After reading the letter Hograth writes an response but considering the nature of the letter he decided to keep the response an unofficial one.

first my congratulations to your promotion. It is always good to see that able men are given responsibility and trust.
I am of course willing to discuss the matter of cooperation between the Mercykillers and Harmonium and I look forward to the opportunity to coordinate future joint efforts with your faction and the Fraternity.
Hograth Thorn
