*Alan after a review of the letter, enters the barracks and deliver it to the Factotum*
A letter for the Harmonium Office
*Says offering it to the man*

The letter says:
wrote: Greetings Officer.
This is Alan Lane, servant of Pelor.
I'm writing this letter to let the Harmonium knows an episode of aggression happened in the sewer.
A girl named Nyaeve brings us in the first level of the sewer, then a mageling with a big sickle and an full hood, and his companion, a man with a black-winged armor, was doing something on the body of a brown-skinned Elf. The Elf was heavily injured and seems that the mageling took some sample of her blood.
Thanks to our intervention, the situation hasn't goes worst.
Since the sewer is not directly patrolled by the Harmonium guards, was easy to that two men to flee away.

The mageling seems to be involved in some kind of experiment, it's likely that they would attack again some other citizen of Sigil.

I'm available for further investigation and description.
Since I'm not a citizen, I don't have a private house in town. I can be found in the Bazaar or in the Inn.

Thank you for listening

Alan Lane.

The Factotum reads the note.

Well, without more details not much we can do about this, the descriptions are too vauge, but if you can provide better descriptions we could post the details on our board of wanted people...

*he waves to a large board behind him, covered in artists sketches, descriptions, and WANTED written in big letters across many of them. Some look like they have been there a long time, and there are layers and layers of them, all neatly organized, but stacked on each other so to read all you would have to flip through them*

... I doubt sending a patrol down would do any good now. But if you would return there, we could send a tracker down with you, see if we can pick up any clues.

I can

*says Alan*

I've seen the two man several times in the bazaar. They, also, doesn't seems respectful of other citizen. Anyway, I'll provide better description soon. I'll hire someone to make a portrait of the two man.
That would not be a problem.

*Ponders a bit*

I'd try to persuade the two girl attacked to bring more evidence.
Thanks for your cooperation Officer.

*Making a little bows to the Factotum Alan, walks away*
