Update 16/01/15

* Some fixes/changes to Golden Bariuar Inn
* New event area - Broken Reach - added.
* New appearances for Factols.
* Change to ooc portal script. Reverted back to previous version, removing check for temporary item properties.
* Change to on-equip script. Check for temp properties has been moved there. However, it will only attempt to clean any temp properties the first time you equip since last reset. This means temp properties will remain while you are swapping weapons in and out while grinding in the Abyss. This may be a temporary solution depending on how things go and if we can find a better solution.

PS: Let me know if people are still getting both convo options in the OOC room (both to be able to enter sigil and the broken/illegal character warning.

Also just hotfixed in a fix for bats not spawning when on higher difficulty settings.
